Like others, I feel that the mascara I received may be old and/or dry. It is very thick and pasty on the "brush". Also the mentioned brush is a joke. She looks so tiny and hardly ever wears mascara (although I suspect the mascara itself played a part too). Last but not least, a waterproof variety was advertised. What I received was not waterproof. The only redeeming quality was the "free" eyeliner. This was my first and last time I decided to buy mascara online.
