I'll be brief. It's just not enough to justify the $350 price tag. Purpose of Purchase I go out for an hour every day and am bored with the Sabbat E12's sound signature. For phone calls I only use my Airpod Gen 2, nothing else can match the call quality. And when I'm in line or even waiting, I use my Airpod Pros. I was hoping that the E8 Gen 2 could replace at least two of the wireless headphones mentioned above. I don't think the Airpods Pro have great sound quality. Its call quality is much lower than Airpods Gen 2. However, its compatibility with iOS devices and ANC works wonders in noisy environments and has made Airpods Pro a keeper. To my ears, the Besue Sabbat E12 has a superior sound compared to the Airpods Pro. . It also beats the Sony WF-1000MX3 which I bought on Black Friday but returned after not being impressed. Now for the E8 Gen 3. If I had to quantify that, the E8 sounds about 30% better than the Sabbat E12 in quiet environments. However, it is literally 5 times cheaper. I understand that the ROI is diminishing, but for 5x the price, I should at least be amazed at the sound improvement over the $69.99 offering, right? So the hunt goes on. Conclusion + Best sound + Great sealing and therefore good passive noise cancellation + Nice style - Terrible price - Terrible call quality. Don't worry about calls. I need to listen at 60% volume while all other wireless headphones have me listening at 30-40% volume. And my ears hurt, which means that while I can't stand the increased volume, the real decibels are hurting my eardrums.
