Measure twice, order once

I originally bought the medium but returned for the small. The size chart was right - my first measurements were wrong! My dog is a 14.5 pound Chihuahua mix - he put him on today and he loved him. The velcro noise doesn't bother him, but if your dog doesn't like it, that could be a problem. My dog wears a regular collar and the leash hole was in the right place.
