Got the size Large for my 30kg mix. He could probably fit in the medium as well, but I like that it covers his entire back and gives a bit more room when he gets a little fatter. The velcro is very strong so it sticks to it better than the other one we have. It's soft and seems well made, although I haven't washed it yet.

I originally bought the medium but returned for the small. The size chart was right - my first measurements were wrong! My dog is a 14.5 pound Chihuahua mix - he put him on today and he loved him. The velcro noise doesn't bother him, but if your dog doesn't like it, that could be a problem. My dog wears a regular collar and the leash hole was in the right place.

I bought this for my 10lb mini dachshund. Because he has very short hair, he is always cold and shaking. It fits him perfectly, stays in place and keeps him warm. It didn't take long for him to get used to it and now he seems to be wearing it well (the photo was when I put it on him for the first time and he wasn't sure yet). This is the perfect coat for the off-season - fall or spring. It seems very comfortable for my dog, easy to put on and very soft. I have the yellow gold color and it looks great. I ordered a large for my 30 lb beagle/terrier mix and it fits the bottom a bit, but I just don't fit the velcro exactly, clip it on a little shorter and it works fine. This is my second. I have a 23lb Cavachon and the large one suits me as it has a wider chest. I like the width of the velcro bottom. It covers most of her stomach and gives her more warmth than a coat with thinner bottom straps. The collar trim is reflective which helps at night. Finally a dog jacket that fits my dog without being too big for him. My son is slim but has a very deep chest so I had to buy a very large size to fit his chest and not float in it. I was looking for a good primer for our growing dog. Easy to put on, easy to clean, etc. This fleece material is easy to care for and the Velcro closures ensure a comfortable and secure fit even as our dog grows. He likes it!
