I like that it's easy for employees who have never used any type of computer software before, or even if they've been using computers since middle school/highschool, this is very simple! It allows me as an admin user without having much tech skills (I'm still learning), be able to use all features by just clicking here & there. As far as benefits go? That would depend mostly from your own personal preference but honestly after some time you'll get familiar enought o pick up things easily so no need really; however sometimes we do miss certain little icons such us "add another line" button which can't always be found through searching because maybe not everyone knows what those look likes yet :) But overall everything works well together making our work easier than ever.
