I think these glasses are great for short term use but I don't know how they will last long. I got them for a headache I thought was caused by blue light. Though it helped for a while. But I ended up going from one problem to another because if I wore glasses for a long time, they would press on my head behind my ears and cause headaches. If you had a smaller head or adjusted them, maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But soon I will be buying new glasses from the store to replace and hopefully relieve the headache.
