This box is absolutely beautiful. However, the reason I took the star is because I carefully checked the dimensions in the description and made sure that the card I have will fit the bottom of the box when fully flat (for letters and postcards). When I received the box I noticed that the dimensions are a bit different, my card fits but it can't lay flat, it needs to be tilted so not as many cards fit as I was hoping. However, it's still quite large and is great for many different uses or things you want to put in there. I also agree with the other reviewer that the finish is easy to scratch, but as long as you handle it carefully it still looks good.
