Update: After using them extensively over the past few days, there has never been a second breakup, so I think my breakup was an accident. Opening the case has gotten easier, but it still takes about two seconds to open. Although this is a small problem. Overall, I really like these headphones so far! Update 2: I really wanted to like her. But unfortunately during my heavy use over the last 2 weeks the non-main earphone was turned off AT LEAST once a day and I use it for 2 hours max. I'm pretty sure it's not my lg g7, it's not a problem because I haven't had any problems with other BT devices. I think I will send these back.
