Putting it together was a little frustrating at first, until I was able to screw in the top wooden piece. The brackets that hold the drawers are attached to the side of the frame by protrusions that fit into a hole in the side frame. It doesn't take much movement for those brackets to keep falling out, falling down, until the frame is stabilized with the top wooden piece. After that, I was happy. The drawers are fabric and slide easy. However I am careful not to overload them with heavy objects. Overall, I am very happy with this, and the seller. The instructions were much clearer than another seller of a similar product/dresser.
