Overpowering chemical smell. We must stay away from the kitchen when using this remedy. It also leaves marks, so we have to hand rinse it after washing. The 7th Gen tablets don't leave a slippery residue, but they don't get our dishes sparkling clean like Cascade Platinum. Platinum Cascade is the newest and most powerful cleanser advertised, so we tried it, but we think it's bad for your airways. .We hope the cascade will improve based on our feedback. Not optimistic, although based on previous emails from Tide and Cascade, which are the same company, they don't seem to be taking customer feedback very well.
