Total disappointment

My son hooked up this whole system to his homemade gaming computer and tested the mic and sound box. Please keep this in mind and remember the quote "You get what you pay for"... The microphone was not professional at all and the sound box sounded like a bad joke. We're refunding this for something that actually works and is of a much better quality.
