Yes these strips are good quality paper but I am totally shocked to find that they have a white core. I wish I had actually looked at them when they arrived but I got too excited thinking I'd found the graduated stripes for a reasonable price. If you don't know what a white core is, it's when the paper is colored on the outside but has a white center. And since ruffles are usually done in such a way that the raw edges are visible and not the flat surface, you basically see white instead of color. colored interior. I am really disappointed.
