Purchased to help with submissive urination and occasional accidents. My dog is happier, I am less stressed when company comes over and I am pleased with the quality. I wish we would have tried these earlier. Velcro works very well. The only way I can see these not working is if your dog chews them off and even then the velcro would adhere well. Good quality and absorbent. Would repurchase again. Highly recommend trying.
