But both require the use of a towel to cushion the thinner muscle groups, and the hard plastic tends to slip. The variable speed is a nice feature, as are the extra heads I have yet to use. The case is very convenient for storage. While I haven't used the head angle adjustment feature, I find it handy for personal use in hard-to-reach areas.
