The mirror was well packaged and arrived in good condition. The lamps are well attached to the mirror. The light can be adjusted from dark to bright. However, it's not bright enough for me. It lights up my face well but I can still see shadows on the sides. I want the light to get brighter to illuminate my whole face. Love the little magnifying mirror that comes with it! Ideal for close-up eyebrow/eye makeup. When I look in a small mirror, my eyes don't hurt at all. Bluetooth is decent. Bluetooth reports when it's on and off, and it's quite noisy. I want to lower the volume of the automatic voice. The USB charging port is a great addition, but when I was charging my iPad, the charger would cycle on and off every second. This is very annoying as my iPad keeps making charging noises. All in all, this is a good mirror. I am happy with my purchase.
