Easy installation however there were a few things I didn't like about this device. First, it falls for at least ten minutes after the shower is turned off. I like to wipe down the tub spout and the tub itself after a shower, and this head doesn't stop dripping for a VERY long time. The water seems a bit softer, I noticed that the soap foams faster. Hair became softer after shampooing. The other BIG PROBLEM for me is that there isn't enough hinge in the unit to direct the jet to anything other than too far to the back of the shower. The spray is great but why couldn't they make sure it didn't spray almost straight into the back of your shower is weird! Before you get your "free" second filter, do your research.
