The ease of use for small businesses when it comes to tracking shipments is great! For large companies like ours (over 100 employees) having multiple users with access makes life easier in terms of managing all our different accounts/users that need information about packages shipped or incoming from other locations around country etc.. Sometimes I do not know where my package went after we ship them out but now at least i have an option as if they are still there somewhere waiting their turn before being delivered back into hands of customer service department so no worries anymore :) Tracking numbers can be tracked easily using this system which saves time spent searching online through google maps app especially while travelling outside US offices since you dont really want your colleagues looking over shoulder constantly :).
