The service is easy to use and has a friendly interface for end users. It also provides an excellent dashboard for the operations team. There are some limitations with the mobile app which makes it difficult to access from anywhere. I've used this product at two different companies and have found it very useful. Both times we were able to achieve early detection of problems before they caused outages. This allowed us to take action and make sure our customers are still happy when there may be a problem affecting their systems. We were able to identify issues quickly so we could fix them faster.
