Review on THEODENT KIDS Rennou® Fluoride Free Strengthens by Elwanda Johnson

I bought this because it claims to remineralize and strengthen tooth enamel. I can't substantiate these claims as we haven't used it in a while, but my kids loved the taste. The problem lies in the packaging. Toothpaste is not easy to dose. I don't want to strain myself squeezing out a tube of toothpaste while putting three kids to bed. Despite careful handling, the lid broke after a week or two of use. I kept the lid on for a few more weeks and then decided to throw it away. A few months later I decided to try Theodent again. This time the lid cracked in half after a few uses. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a new cap. By that time I had already thrown the toothpaste away as it had been left uncovered for several days and I no longer found it hygienic. The customer service rep admitted his cap was damaged and knew I had two broken hoses. After spending $30 on two tubes of baby toothpaste, I don't think the offer to send me the cap was generous or even fair considering the product was obviously defective. Next.
