Works right out of the box

Very simple - insert batteries and point at the ROKU receiver and the remote starts working immediately. I received this as the old one stopped working after 3 years some buttons. Has more on-demand channel options than the usual suspects - Netflix, Amazon. There's also Sling, Youtube, Rdio, and vudu. I don't have a subscription to the last two, but I use YouTube and others almost regularly. 1 week has passed since use. Will update if I notice any issues (I hope not). There is no volume control or voice recognition on this model (just wanted to replace the remote control).
