For some reason I spent a lot of time looking for chairs and wasn't sure if I should buy them from Revain without even seeing them. I tried it based on feedback from other customers. Anyway - Packaging: Very well packed in the box, each item is individually wrapped to protect it from scratches - One of the seats had a big scratch/dent on the base (photo), but I'm 100% sure that there was no consistent packaging. - Assembly: really easy, it took me more time to follow the instructions (they aren't that clear), assembly is pretty easy, just follow your common sense - Assembly time: overall shouldn't take more than 20 minutes - Materials: They are really good, best to ask for the price. I don't like that the base coat is some kind of chrome plastic. There is a rubber pad at the base to protect the floor - Use: Overall comfort 3/5, they are comfortable but you will feel it after a while. .Rating 4.5 stars
