A colossal waste of time

The box said "Your Free ULTA Birthday Gift". Looked at the code on the tube; It's supposed to be from 2017! It was a giveaway where someone decided to make a few bucks. Everything was dry and had a terrible smell. The Petri dish with bacteria probably grew in this test tube. sent back.
