While I like the product as it should be, I suspect a fake has been sent to me. The product is sticky and the pen is rubber. I tried swapping out the wands for the blank ones I replaced (I bought them from Ulta) and the wand didn't fit. I took a closer look at the container, and although it was almost the same, the size was slightly different, and the inscriptions turned out to be a different type of ink. This mascara is rubbish, I'm going back to Ulta for the next container. . I've learned my lesson.
