Sturdy stand for sitting or standing. If I sat and typed on my laptop for a long time, my neck would hurt. With this stand, I don't have my neck and head in uncomfortable positions. Also, this stand makes it easier to stand with my laptop. The only thing I would like to change is that there is a place to use a mouse connected to the stand. It's not a big deal, but it's the only thing that I think will make this stand even more comfortable.
