Review on Efficient Dimmable Eco Luma: White Equivalent Halogen Lighting Solution by Tom Goodlow

The product description seems to be accurate in terms of CRI, color temperature and brightness. I put 2 of these in a vanity light and the third is a new 60w halogen bulb. (didn't take a picture, that would just introduce another variable) Brightness and color temperature were equal. However, the CRI was not acceptable for an LED lamp. The skin looked painful. Admittedly, I can be pickier than most when it comes to CRI. (I've been doing visualization for 25 years). There are other options with higher CRIs and higher prices. A CRI of at least 90 is pretty good, mid 90's is close enough to black body that I can't tell the difference. I'm glad the manufacturer has an accurate description, but I won't buy anything with a CRI below 90 again.
