not enough pressure for lawn sprinkler,

1.it won't suck water up from from the creek in my backyard which is 3 feet lower than the ground level. i had to use a submerged pump to supply water.2. output pressure is too low to for lawn sprinkler , water is spraying from the sprinkler but sprinkler head is not spinning ( i made sure all connectors are sealed properly, sprinklers work fine when same hoses connect to tap water)

Filled stock tank(2x2x6, 170 gallons) in less than 10 minutes from the main rain collection system.

Cons

Weak pump limited to low pressure
