Can't wear it to sleep. keeps falling.
I've tried wearing it to bed many times, adjusted the strap but it doesn't stay on my head all night. The only way to hold it is to pull it down from your forehead to your eyes and curl up the edges so it's taut. It's just uncomfortable. I found another use for it which is why it gets 3 stars instead of 1. Now when I "slap" my hair to dry, I put everything in a cap. I have very long curly hair and my curls tend to unravel due to the weight but the cap allows them to dry along with the curls, well curled inside. My hair is noticeably thicker and smoother than if I just let it dry in a ponytail.
