Update. My product arrived damaged but customer service was quick to help me replace it by showing them the product I received. I appreciate great service and understand that things like this happen. Many Thanks. Will be updated again after using the product. Update: I received a new bottle, the packaging was better than the first time, but the bottle cap was still open. I have to say the customer service is great which is why I keep going 4 times. After using this product my fish have visibly changed, more pleasing colors and overall health seems to have improved. I would buy this item again from the same seller.
