Has been training for about 20 years. I've tried at least 30-40 pre-workout supplements from different companies. I have to say the Alpha GX7 is in my top 3. After the first use I realized it had huge potential but like most pre workouts they are good for the first week or so and then my gets used to it body on it. they and they lose their effectiveness. I'm happy to report that I'm almost done with my bottle and I'm still seeing fantastic results. The pump works very well and I don't get jittery at night or have trouble falling asleep, but I have to say that I'm not very sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants, so I'm not the best meter in that area. Where this product really shined for me was the energy, cardio stamina and focus it gave me. On my first day I noticed I was in the zone and very focused within about 20 minutes of taking it. I felt a strong surge of energy that lasted throughout the workout. I felt it the most when I was doing cardio. I felt my breathing become deeper and very controlled. My stamina was fantastic and I didn't feel exhausted or tired after the 60-minute cardio workout that included sprinting, stair climbing and kickboxing. I bought the watermelon flavor and I think it's delicious, but honestly I'm not really complaining about the taste. I prefer something that tastes like crap and works great over something that tastes great but doesn't work. This product tastes good and works great so it wasn't a problem for me. I would recommend it to anyone who is training hard in the gym and wants to give themselves an edge. It really exceeded my expectations. The best thing for me is that after almost a month of use it still works like the first day. This is really a great product. Try it, you won't be disappointed. I will be ordering a second bottle right away!
