When I received the package I noticed that it was made of inferior plastic and thought the sound would be very mediocre as well. There were some bits of plastic that were sticking out (probably from the mold used to form the plastic) that hadn't been cleaned, so I scratched them a few times before deciding to file them off. Setting up the product is very easy, just like any other Bluetooth connected speaker/headset, press and hold the power button to turn it on and it will enter pairing mode. Despite the cheap build, the sound quality of this product was pretty good in my opinion. If you set the volume to maximum, you get decent bass that you can especially feel as it rests on your neck/shoulder area and you almost feel like you're surrounded by a bubble no matter what music you're playing, making the experience truly immersive. I found it most useful at work but didn't want my ears to be covered by headphones or earbuds and it was quite comfortable to wear.
