Quality gone

I have bought these replacement heads 2 times. The first set was great. They fit perfectly and did their job. My 2nd set is not very good. My last 3 heads fell apart in my mouth while brushing my teeth. I haven't changed any of my processes so it must be the manufacturer. The front of the brush will break off, leaving loose bristles in your mouth. Not a good product.
