UPDATED: I've found that I can charge my AirPods Pro if I dock them backwards in the dock with the display facing the back! Rating updated from 3/5 to 4/5. I really liked the product. Well made, extremely easy to use, works great except for one important part: the AirPods charger is not compatible with AirPods Pro. At first I thought I screwed up because my AirPods Pro weren't charging. I put my wife's AirPods (1st gen) on the AirPods charger and they worked right away. Reading some of the other reviews it seems like a lot of other people have experienced the same thing. My iPhone XR charges well wirelessly, so I can't speak to other reviewers who report that the iPhone 11 doesn't charge with this product. In addition, my Apple Watch (Series 4) charges super. Again, I really like this product and while it doesn't charge my AirPods Pro, I still enjoy my purchase. 3/5 - minus 2 stars for not being able to charge AirPods Pro when the product description specifically states that it can.
