Extremely helpful for improving staff efficiency & consistency

The only thing I dislike about this software is that it can be difficult at times when trying out new features or creating custom workflows with certain types of templates (i.e., Google Docs).
That being said though - if they've implemented everything correctly in their product then there shouldn't really need much troubleshooting! It's been extremely helpful solving some problems related specifically around hiring managers needing access from various locations as well as ensuring consistency across multiple staff members using similar processes/workflow patterns throughout our organization.

Pros

Great support team, both for training purposes but also to resolve issues within your own system which are more than likely not easily resolved through standard trouble shooting techniques via emails alone.
Easy integration into other platforms such like Mailchimp
Simple user interface; easy navigationEasy way manage employees' hours etc
