Extremely helpful for improving staff efficiency & consistency

The only thing I dislike about this software is that it can be difficult at times when trying out new features or creating custom workflows with certain types of templates (i.e., Google Docs). That being said though - if they've implemented everything correctly in their product then there shouldn't really need much troubleshooting! It's been extremely helpful solving some problems related specifically around hiring managers needing access from various locations as well as ensuring consistency…

I like that they are very flexible in terms of scheduling and accommodating my work schedule as well as their own. It's easy to communicate with them via email or text. They have been super helpful when it comes to figuring out how to use the software. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand what is going on if you're not familiar with the program. The service was quick and easy to get up and running. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the team. I had a lot of doubts and concerns going in, but they were all answered to my satisfaction and I was able to onboard quickly. I am not a fan of the software's user interface.
