I like that they are very flexible in terms of scheduling and accommodating my work schedule as well as their own. It's easy to communicate with them via email or text. They have been super helpful when it comes to figuring out how to use the software. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand what is going on if you're not familiar with the program. I would say that this is a great option for those who want to work remotely but also need some assistance from time to time. I am able to do most of my work remotely while still having someone available to answer questions about the software.
