Review: WODFitters Pro Kinesiology Tape for Athletes - Waterproof - Heavy Duty - Uncut Therapy Tape 2"x16.5" I've had kinesiology tape on my knee for years used . I've used many different brands and this tape is as good as any I've used. It comes in a small drawstring pouch and comes with some basic instructions for use. If you want to know the ins and outs of a specific area of the body you can always find videos on YouTube or Rumble. The tape is not labeled on the back. So if you want mesh tape on the back it might not work for you I've been using this for long enough that I can see the length so it's not a problem for me.
