I would give this a 5 star rating because my kids live it and it is an essential part of their sleep routine. However, the charging cable fails after about 5 months. I asked. Q&A on getting a replacement cable and was told to contact them with the Revain part number and they would take care of it. After following these instructions and checking in a few times, I was greeted with radio silence after the first acknowledgment of my request. I ended up ordering a new one just for the cord hoping I could keep both existing bulbs working as both cords had failed and that's what my kids rely on. It was 11/2020 and here it is 04/2021 and the cable failed again. The product is great when it works. However, your kids will get stuck on it and then get frustrated when it can no longer be used. If someone from this company can solve this problem I would like to update this review. Otherwise, consider this the current reality with this product.
