I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law who has other technical problems. I set it up for her. It was very easy. I love how easy it is to navigate the watch and keep it so simple for her. I compared the heart rate on the watch to a manual heart rate and it was accurate. I checked the oxygen saturation with a pulse oximeter and it was accurate. The pressure eased a bit. This will only be an issue if you need to take medications that depend on your blood pressure, but otherwise few are. The watch itself looks like a quality watch and looks nice too. The display options are also very pretty, or you can add your own images or something like that. You can also hang up a call from the watch and get notifications for almost any app from your phone, but you can set this up manually. for example, if you only want text notifications. It has activity modes that you can choose from. You can also set heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen parameters via the app. I bought gold and like I said it's a really nice watch. It comes with a link customizer, in our case we didn't need to remove the links so I can't comment too much on the simplicity. My mother-in-law loved it and learned to use it immediately.
