It's amazing. If your gums bleed easily and your teeth hurt a lot after brushing, I suggest this. I just got it and he cleaned my teeth to try it and since some people have VERY bleeding gums I was amazed that my gums hardly bleed. and after brushing, my teeth are cleaner and less painful than any other toothbrush I've used in the past. 10/10 recommend this. And people say it's a bit strange to adjust to the softness while brushing, but I didn't find it difficult at all? It definitely takes longer to rinse out the toothbrush afterwards, but just rubbing with your finger and using hot water works great.
