I love the car seat but it doesn't fit my car well which was my main concern prior to ordering. I drive a Mercedes ML350 (an SUV with lots of interior space) and I can't get it to face rear and recline unless the front seat is pushed all the way forward. But if I have a passenger or front seat all the way forward. My average height husband will never be able to sit in the seat directly in front of the car seat. And I'm sure, like any couple, we often change who rides and rides. Therefore, we often have to move the car seat back and forth. I'm really torn between sending it back and something smaller that actually fits, or just dealing with my husband's inconvenience and I can't sit comfortably in the front. When the car seat is upright or forward-facing, it fits well . The problem is that we lean back. And to be honest we travel all the time. It absolutely does not fit in an airplane seat. I just sit and stare at it, wondering how much bigger it is than the average car seat and if its comfort and features are worth keeping.
