My husband had to keep washing his hands in boiling hot water with antibacterial soap because of touching stains while unpacking and then again while packing! We are still angry and shocked! I called customer service and recorded the call so I have evidence of the conversations. I also took photos so we have evidence of the bloody disgusting disgusting garbage we received! If my husband gets sick from touching this blood, we have documented evidence of exactly how that happens! I first spoke to a representative and then asked to speak to a manager. The rep wasn't concerned by what I told her but at least she looked concerned and explained that we shouldn't have received the item in this condition. When I spoke to the manager I felt that she must have been shocked by what I told her, but she took this horrific situation very lightly, almost as a fact! I feel like I'm in the twilight zone right now! For example, how does this count as another customer complaint? In what world is this treated as business as usual?
