The thing is built like a tank! I wish I had received it sooner without even knowing about my radon problem which is why I bought it. Definitely a bit of plumbing and it will prevent you from having easy or quick access to your pump when needed, but if you're trying to lower radon levels or just want to keep your sump safe from kids, pets or the like is this case is great. Radon levels in the mines have halved since installation. I read some reviews about threading issues. I only installed half the screws (the holes don't reach the hole) and it's very solid. I'm concerned I may need access as my pump is working HARD and that will make it open quicker and if my re-opening wears one of the plastic threads I'll have extra holes that I still haven't had. boo Much luck :-)
