Definitely a bit of plumbing and it will prevent you from having easy or quick access to your pump when needed, but if you're trying to lower radon levels or just want to keep your sump safe from kids, pets or the like is this case is great. Purchased to replace an existing oil pan cover with a radon reducing cover. The reviews on it were very good, so I was very optimistic. The product is very durable, goes very well with the existing sump. My concrete floor was level and the base of the product fitted well.
