Great product, great service!
Ordered for radon protection system. My setup is a little different than most people in that I didn't have a fan connected to the sump. So I had to fire my discharge straight up. The system is not really designed for that. I called the company to see what I could do and they have some sealed flanges just for that situation. When I further explained that I needed them for the weekend (I called on Thursday), they were already on my doorstep the next morning! Absolutely amazing service from Jackel! I really couldn't be happier with the product and service!
