Super cute for the occasion
My daughter wore this for her 2nd birthday party and kept the shirt on no problem. I put the skirt on over shorts and she did not like it, I think the tulle fabric bothered her. She played with the shirt on for all of the party and had the skirt on just long enough for cake and pictures. There was no chance she was going to wear the headband.
