The ability to create complex workflows that are easy for non-technical users to understand. It's also very flexible with what you can do in terms of flow control. There isn't much I dislike about Semaphore. It does exactly what it says on the tin - makes managing your workflow simple! You don't need any special skills or knowledge to get started using Semaphore. And there's always someone around who will help if you run into problems. We've been able to build out some fairly complicated flows without needing too many people involved.
