The BEST time management software for call centers

I am so happy with this software because when we started using it our staff's productivity has exponentially increased! Their customer service is excellent as well. There are some minor issues that need to be addressed but they're working very hard at improving it. The price point of this software makes me think that there could potentially be better competition out their in terms of pricing which would make them lose business. We're solving multiple problems with this one tool including inventory management, recipe creation/management, call center management, live dashboards for employees (for training purposes), etc.
