Okay - so these are made in China. It does exist. OTOH, getting 12 of them for $10 instead of 1 for $6.00-7.00 is undoubtedly a great deal. They don't seem cheap as the tips are good, sharp and each comes in its own packaging - so let's see how they hold up. So far we really like them and although I bought them to sew, there are so many of them that I gave them to my husband for his workshop and can keep them around the house. I don't like the color but they still spend most of their time in a drawer.
