Used for the first time and worked without rattling when towing my caravan, but the nuts on the U-bolts seized when changing the ball joints. I barely loosened the other side to allow the clutch pin to slip out. I tightened the nuts evenly and tightly, but not overly tightly, but the threads got messed up. It was returned for a replacement and a replacement was installed and it did the same thing as the first but I was able to remove the nuts and fix the threads. It turned out that the lock washer cut into the threads causing it to break off and damage the threads.
