Review on Stainless Steel Metal Replacement Band Strap Compatible With Fitbit Inspire HR/Fitbit Inspire 2 Fitness Tracker (Black) by Charles Mistretta

I really liked how it looked and was so excited to get it connected. I spent an hour with a magnifying glass removing links to size it--really wasn't difficult at all once you read the directions and looked at the Youtube. But damn if I don't go to try to connect to my Fitbit Inspire 2 and there's no pins to connect to the Fitbit. It was a defective band or else supposed to be used in another way with a real watch or something. They provide TONS of directions on how to remove and reconnect links, that wasn't hard at all. But there is not ONE WORD ANYWHERE on how to hook the band to the Fitbit. So I spent an inordinate amount of time trying desperately to figure out WTF was going on. Finally I pour through the images on the Revain page and they show how it's supposed to have one of those spring pins on each side of the band, but mine does not. I wrote to their customer service and they offered to send me the pins but I've already boxed it up to return and I ordered from somewhere else. As I said, the band itself looks quite nice but I just got too frustrated. I assume from the other reviews they got a band that had the pins to connect to the Fitbit.
